J'ai Pas Vingt Ans, Moi Lolita or À contre-courant are probably my favorite but its hard to chose.

I really like English version J'ai Pas Vingt its the only one Im not sick of hearing in english.

Hehe, true, this is actually the first song of hers which lyrics i learned and understood, and i love it very much, as it is really a fitting description of the young Lili.

If i had to choose one song though, it would be Par les Paupières.
It's poetic and enchanting, and gives me the goosebumps everytime i listen to it...

Mon maquis! I so totally forgot about that one! I LOVE mon maquis! It has that "blue" (as you put it) vibe to. Perfect for those morose & somber kinda days.

J'ai pas vingt is just as flirtatious as Moi... Lolita, but with a bit more spunk to it. I like that one a lot too... My bf says I hum that (one of two or three Alizee songs (amongst a half dozen others)) when I'm doing something that allows my mind some "idle wandering" time or when I'm waiting for something and not really doing/thinking anything while waiting... I don't even realize I'm doing it.

That song does have a very enchanting quality to it.

And I have to say, in this video (
) of her doing that song, I totally dig her look. I have a dress very much like that (but a little shorter and in a soft pink color) and plenty of heels to go with... that's no problem. But my hair is a bit longer than hers now. I wonder if I could pull off that semi-curled thing she's got going on. That's really cute.

Argh, here comes "THE" thread that gives me headaches and bad feelings.

Impossible task is impossible.

Let's try by album then, and by order in the album.

Gourmandises.

- Moi... Lolita (The genesis )
- L'Alizé (It pretty much came straight with Moi...Lolita, like a package!)
- Mon Maquis (Thought it was obvious. )
- Parler tout bas (Ooh yeah the slow dances back in the day.)
- Gourmandises (OH MY GOD, 'nuff said.)

Mes Courants Eléctriques.

- J'en ai marre (The come back!)
- A contre-courant (Ahh *sighs of nostalgia*)
- Toc de Mac (Ahh summer...)
- Amélie m'a dit (Nostalgia again, it hurts.)
- Tempête (It saddens me.)
- J'ai pas 20 ans! (Impossible to miss, great times.)
- Hey Amigo! (Summer time!)
- Youpidou (Summer time! part 2)

Psychédélices.

- Fifty Sixty (What a change! But I got used to it. )
- Mon Taxi Driver (I can't even explain it.)
- Jamais Plus (The chorus especially.)
- Decollage (I used to hate it, it was like a punch in the face, but now I like it, I love how the beat and the lyrics are done, it's funny.)
- Par Les Paupières (All time Psyché favorite, I could listen to it all day.)
- Lilly Town (Cause it's Lilly Town It's a journey.)

The other songs come with the rest when my mood follows, it's all about how you feel, I guess it does that to all of us.

En Concert.

- All
For a fan, when you have the opportunity to be THERE FOR REAL, there is like so much going on at once, I was on another planet seriously, I completely forgot about the rest, I was traveling at the speed of light without even moving, I was being Lilly'd.

And yeah, I don't even need to tell you how she was, *sighs*.

It's been so long, but it's not something I can forget.

I killed the purpose of the thread, I couldn't pick unfortunately.

I'd add "La isla bonita" to my list, it sounds much better than Madonna's one, and I've used it to make a friend listen to some of her songs.
