Bisoux does exist. Like said, it's web slang.

Bisoux and even bisouxx is used. And yeas, it means bisous. The x in it alone means kiss. And it's not uncommon to see XXX used in English text to mean kisses. (it also means sex but the original meaning is kisses)

Even Lili has used "bisoux" when giving autographs...

Only 7 words in -ou take an "x" in plural form:
Bijou, caillou, chou, genou, hibou, joujou, pou

All others take an "s".
