Some artists have several concerts on a day. Her concers were over a period of months. This is not a hectic schedule. Also, it is not her who does all the work. She just rehearses and sings. That is all.

Here is Britney's first tour. She was younger than Alizee when she performed her first tour. Also, she had more concerts than Alizee did.

Well Britney's tour was very small too.
But actually, they are both decent tours if you consider that they cover only on or few countries. I think that the thing with Alizée is that she should promote herself worldwide. Maybe it's just a matter of time, until she gets a bit more fame in France and Europe in general. To begin with, she was a national investment, not a global one. Remember, most of us wouldn't know about her if it was not because of the internet. She has no idea, and neither have us, of how popular she is or is not, considering the illegal downloads and the impossibility to know how many people have her albums on their computers. Also, maybe the language is a barrier. I don't know about many artists that sing in french and are hugely popular in the US.

Totally agreed. She needs to keep learning English and make albums in all English. As for the national investment, I think she was bred not only for France and Europe, but for the world. Mylene made her to study English and made few songs in English. Also, she did some promotions in other countries, sometimes just a total failure and waste of money.

It is almost impossible for a foreign artist to be popular in N. America without making international albums.

American market is huge. Also, she cannot just ignore Asian markets. She needs English songs to conquer these markets.
