It's an awesome series nonetheless.
not to mention he finds out where he came from, what happened to him before the first installment, and how he got into that position. not really sure if that would matter or not, but it would be interesting to look deeper into this backstory between him and the Nikki character (played by Julia Stiles). there was a slight hint in Ultimatum that suggests they were an item before the shit hit the fan. perhaps they'd have to come up with a whole new storyline entirely to make it seem new and exciting, and of course it would have to be better than Ultimatum.

as for other movies ive seen recently, i got "live free or die hard" for christmas, and me and my family and friends had basically a drunken Die Hard/John McClane fanatical party rave. i got the unrated version, so it was just as a die hard movie should be, and not the kiddie PG-13 movie i saw in theaters. more blood and more "motherfuckers." loved it!

I went to see The Golden Compass today. My two main concerns were the compression of too much plot into one movie and a talking bear.

My first concern turned out not to be a problem, because I find that plot can make a movie more epic than epic battles. The second... Well, the a talking bear is often a better actor than a talking human when the bear is voiced by Ian McKellen! The theatre rumbled whenever he shouted, it was quite awesome. In fact, just about everything that McKellen does is awesome.

McKellen is indeed amazing, though I found The Golden Compass wouldn't have been worth the money I spent if I didn't have a free pass.

hi
thanks god there are still interesting movies for ppl who are fed up by those silly blockbusters
just gotta check the sundance festival selection for us productions or foreign movies
I think we've all noticed hollywood majors seem to be unable to make good flicks, most of their stuff are remakes or us versions of foreign movies
here's a "must watch" movie, eden log, with clovis cornillac

Wink

hi
the only funny thing in IAL is the banner at the end of movie
the production crew would like to remind that dogs naturally lose their hair, please don't kill them saying they've become zombies
and another one
the production crew would like to apologize for all those ridiculous zombies screaming all the time, we do admit it's ridiculous but the guy who was supposed to write the scenario was actually on strike
cheers

Brilliant acting, the scenes look like paintings... Just great.
