I downloaded a few videos and the image is good but has no sound. did any of you encounter the problem?

I don't know where you got them from and in what format.
And there are no video's of her in 1080 or 720 except for one from december last year. They are all from 2000 til end 2003. PAL resolution was standard that time and not HD. So max you'll find is 720x576. Anything higher is upscaled rubbish.

Oh man, everyone is far ahead of me, I've been trying to download Alizee's video since the last 2 months but most of the links i found on various websites are dead. Just wondering if anyone can help me with that, or maybe if you can give me the link that's still working? Thanx in advance
