has anyone seen this one before? i'm not sure if its real or photoshopped:

actually i think it's her face pasted on because the face has some scan marks or patterns that rest of the image doesn't.

That's old and it's a fake !! There are many fakes out there, don't really care much for fakes... Although I did like her fake album cover, and some say that it's not a fake.
