Actually no, it is your right to say whatever you want and the cops can't do anything unless they have physical evidence. You can walk up to a cop and say you do drugs and he can't arrest you unless you have something on you. He would be allowed to search you though if you say that. (not saying to do that though because you may piss the cop off and he will find something to charge you on) I know all this stuff because unfortunately I live in NYC and know many people who are involved in this stuff. I personally avoid anything to do with drugs.

To answer the original question: yes.

It can be a lot of fun and very relaxing but don't get into the habit of smoking it every day.

It's really funny to see that when it comes to SOFT drugs, people are offended by something innocent
as smoking a joint or eating spacecake or whatever.

Because it is illegal in a whole lot of countries, doesn't mean that it is harmful or dangerous.

Here you can buy it legally on every streetcorner and there is NO problem whatsoever.
It is the opposite; By legalizing it, it brings down criminality.

If you ask me I find it MUCH more dangerous that citizens can carry fire arms legally than smoking a joint...

Why would you go up to a cop and ask him? Here it is completely obvious who does it but...the cops catch everyone on a weekly basis. I am clean as a whistle never did it never will.
