I wouldn't bet on an East Coast concert - the fan base out here is just not big enough to merit the expense. West coast or the southwest is far more likely to draw a financially beneficial number of fans, due to the proximity to Mexico.

The only way I'd even imagine an east coast show would be in she decided to do a few cities in Canada first ... and then, I'd look more toward a smaller New England city like Providence, or a small venue in a somewhat larger city such as Boston.

New York ? Never ... way too expensive. It would be a hard time making any profit, even in a small to mid-size club or hall.

New York city has just as much as a Spanish population as LA, if not more. You should see how many ride the city bus

BTW you do a concert right next door in Jersey, cheap and only 15min from NYC. theres your answer. Also Paris is a hell of a lot more expensive than NYC these days, and with her getting a dollar 50 with one of her Euro, I dont think money will be a problem with her here in the US. The dollar is just too weak now.

Are you saying nobody can make a profit performing in mid-size venues (like Beacon Theater) in New York?
