Brian,

Although she's gone through many hair phases, we probably shouldn't try to date her photos by her hairstyle alone. Although we are used to seeing her hair a certain way while she is in front of the cameras, she may change it when she is at home relaxing. She can just as easily go back to the hairstyle she had in your sig and do another photoshoot and we probably wouldn't know the difference. We'd probably think they were old leaked pictures...

One can date pictures by hairstyle to an extent. It is most likely not from 2 days ago since that means her hair would have had to grow quite quickly from some other recent photos. But the more I look at it see it not being her...

Well I suppose you either have to be Jeremy, himself, or a creepy stalker to know for sure... But are you really going to at a blurry photo that risks being someone else?... just playing devil's advocate here... I, believe Wasabi is right... this is Alizee...

How do I know for sure?... well I'm one sick bastard!... jk.. lol .. well lets see... I indiscriminately created some pros and cons and then I went over the list in order to make a final determination... key word is INDISCRIMINATELY ... so I did not favor one way or the other while making the list, and as you can see I poked fun on both sides because I honestly didn't know which way I was going to go while making up this list anyway; so that kind of helped.

Anyway... lets go over the pros and cons...

Pros:

1. She's about the same height
2. She has the same hair length
3. Facial features appear to match
4. Body frame appears to be the same
5. Picture could have been taken at any time
6. Why would someone take a picture of a random girl talking to two random guys if it wasn't Lili?
7. Why would she be smiling at 2 random guys unless she was reciprocrating to a fan/celebrity interaction?
8. Lili could be dressed that way with that hair style if she were having a mid-life crisis (this could also be a con)
9. She is wearing the same bracelet on her left hand in both that picture and the unicef picture.

Cons:

1. Picture is not detailed enough to discern facial features accurately
2. She is wearing more eye liner than avril lavigne
3. If it is her, why is there only 1 picture like this on the internet? More would have been taken and I'm sure there would be additional cameras in the room.
4. Lili doesn't normally cross her arms that way (reference her "J'en ai Marre" performances where her left arm stays tucked under her right arm and does not come up over)
5. Can't determine the date/age of picture
6. Can't determine place/event of picture
7. Lili is known for dressing more elegantly with that hair style and hair color...
