My Little Pony was (is?) a toy line that spawned animated series and films. There were songs associated with it. Looks like in France it's translated to Mon petit poney. I'm guessing here that she is singing a song from that show, in French I think. I'm also guessing that the microphone/player thingy might be a branded toy from the franchise, but it's hard to see. And hear. It sounds like she is singing along to a recording. So cute!

I think it could refer to her haircut style, that she already had at 4 yo.
