Woke up to an ABSOLUTE downpour! Thunder! LIGHTNING! And one VERY scared Rottweiler! First "big bang" went down about 06:30 (wife had left for work at 0600 - she leaves the dogs cage door open for me so Jazz won't wake me up when she gets up...) Well, this time she BOLTED out of the kennel, across the room, and onto the bed!
 Heard two of our other three dogs crying, so I went and got Bogart and Lacey (Cairn Terrier and Jack Russel) - and Jazz wouldn't leave my side. Went back upstairs (stayed up late last night watching movies w/wifey) crawled back under the covers, and got covered by scared dogs... Finally, after about 20 mins of pounding rain - it stopped. All of it.. Blue sky, gentle breeze... Lacey wouldn't get out from under the covers, so I had to crawl under there and extricate her, let all 4 of them out in the yard (4th dog, Harry is so deaf thunderstorms don't even wake him up anymore...) and went back upstairs to wake my step-son, only to be informed that he had no school today... He threw socks at me in his door... All in all, one HELL of a way to wake up...  Ed

My day-
Wake up at 2pm; eat spaghetti and meatballs with vodka sauce at 4;30pm with family, watch movie with my dad at 5:30pm, play video games until 8:00pm then I sign on here and yea that's it so far. I love summer!

Well my day again buisy day at work, sholder is killing me, and i have no idea how the hell i hurt it. woke up at 6 a.am and came home at 6 p.m. so right now Im tired, bored and listening to Alizee, oh and playing some facebook games lol. They are addicting.
