I remember that song well and really enjoyed it. I was only 10 when it first came out. Back then we didn't have internet and there was little a youngster could do to research a song or an artist. I didn't know who Saint Dominic was and I'm sure until today I didn't know what the lyrics were but this song was just another thing that endeared me to the French language, of course mainly when it was being spoken or in this case sung by a French woman.
I thought she was from France, but this says she was born in Belgium, what it didn't say was Saint Dominic although born in Spain, set up his order in Toulouse, France and it was there that she joined his Order and became a French nun. I also remember a movie back from that era, well actually there's only a little I remember about it. I think it was a comedy about an astronaut and if my memory serves me correctly there was a beautiful woman who I believe was supposed to be from another planet, but she had a beautiful French accent. I don`t know why but she reminds me young Alizee.
Mon Cœur (My Heart) My heart It is necessary that I dare Tell you one thing I am a bit afraid My heart When he touches me It is just above my skin Just above my heart Oh my heart Feeling this desire Oh it is shameless It makes me blush But it is sweet and strong It is tearing at my body And my heart As an exquisite pain This is my first desire That of my 15 years This is a storm that is tearing My body of a child Or oh oh oh, my heart This is my first desire Between violence and gentleness Stronger than when you die Trouble in my body In my heart The child awakens 15 years is the age of sunlight This is the age of wonders Oh oh oh oh It is the awakening of the senses The storm which capsizes us 15 years is the age when our childhood Must end Oh my heart I am no longer the same Since I love You know it by my heart But I dare not I do not love Not yet |

Thanks for finding it. I had a lot of trouble searching for it, even using "Disney space movies" in my search and came up empty. Her name is Dany Saval and she was a French actress born in Paris. Attachment 3108 Last edited by Scruffydog777; 10-12-2020 at 03:43 PM.. |

Y'a pas que les grands qui rêvent On the window the rain streams The earth appears so beautiful to me I give this storm to the desert The eternal snow on Cairo I offer the gardens of Babylon To this boy for whom my heart shivers Don't grow too quickly, wait for me I know that one day, you will come to me Grown-ups are not the only ones that have dreams Grown-ups are not the only ones that have feelings I would like him to kiss me on the lips not as a child Grown-ups are not the only ones that have dreams Grown-ups are not the only ones that have feelings Its like a childhood that's reaching its end In an ocean He teaches me the names of the stars From the top of the cathedrals He plays the music of the hope His piano cries of ivory tears I feel the caress on my wrist Of the Brazilian bracelet he gave me By saying "when it will break Then your dream will be realized" And I await you And I await you |

She’s very attractive and looks familiar to me for some reason. I looked her up, but I’m not familiar with the other movies she’s been in. Does she resemble any other actresses that you can think of? |

So this movie came along in 1962 The song Dominique came along in 1963 Claudine Longet came along in 1964. Here is an episode of the tv show "Combat" where I thought she had a fair resemblance to Alizée. https://youtu.be/PI9jPQ39YHI?t=899 Attachment 3109 They were all just setting me up for what was eventually going to come along in 2007.
