The piece is definitely a play on JEAM theme though, since she says she is breaking the plates because she is fed up. I really like that outfit. She wears the same here, in one of her best rendition of ML as far as I am concerned.
This is what the Czech data base says about this video. " 2003-02-25 "J'en ai marre" is released in France and enters number 5 in the charts. The first announcement of recording in Japan are announced (Elise). The famous announcement on "Fan De" where Alizée breaks plates whilst saying "Parce que J'en ai marre" (Because I've had enough) is shown. "

It does refer to it as an announcement, but it has all the look of a commercial.

Here's a link for those who'd like to down load the full video.

Here's one more:
- Alizée sings A Contre-Courant on Vivement Dimanche with special guest Gérard Depardieu. The smile she gives him at the beginning, and their interaction after the song, are great moments.

She is really cute during the whole “MP3 player” sequence. Here it is at 10:25, if anyone is interested:

The whole La méthode Cauet interview is really good. I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet. Another nice moment is when they tease her about her arachnophobia by pretending there is a spider behind her (at 17:00, link above). Too many good moments to list.

I really like the subtle shyness while she sings. That shyness that lurks under her perfect looks as well as her great talent is really appealing to me. I like a person who has great qualities, but will not be so assertive about it.

You should watch the kiss sequence at 00:50 (link above). It will make you feel much better, trust me...

I agree... many good moments. Thanks for listing the link.

He is really quick and very good at expressing himself - like calling her on her scrunched-up lips before the real kiss.

Also, the entire interview is telling. For example, she was trying really hard not to react during the spider discussion. However, for about 15-30 seconds they had started to get her going, and then she regained control.

If, at that time, they had actually brought out a large stuffed spider and placed it on her shoulder she would have "lost it" (at least for a moment).

La méthode Cauet video is included in the video section of AAm, but it never seems to load well for me, so I included that other link.

Yes, indeed, the host is doing quite a good job. He pushes the humour stuff just far enough and although this is quite a loose format with lots of stuff happening, Alizée seems to remain quite comfortable throughout. The part (18:45) where he crouches down behind his desk and pretends to be Alizée rushing out of her car to start a shouting match is really funny. Alizée doesn’t seem to mind being teased about her height. They do it a few times during the show.

I like at 22:47 where she smiles and bites her tongue, it's so cute

Scruffy, you seem to have looked into the details of this. I would like to know what it is that startled Alizée and seemed to come from the back of the stage. I don’t think it is the sound of Faudel’s voice, I think something happened and a noise of some sort came from behind. It was probably never stated, but you wouldn’t happen to know what it was, would you?

Always felt awkward while watching this. When she is startled she first looks directly at the camera filming her before looking behind her. On the return move, she also stops for a very brief instant on the camera filming her just before she looks at Faudel coming in. In both cases it happens in a flash, but she definitely does it. Gives her some kind of badly programmed robot look...

Thanks for the video Scruffs

One of the greatest collection of her many really nice facial expressions packed in 20 seconds!! That thing she does at 0:13 is the very first “facial expression/head move” that stuck me as being adorable. A little hook of the head and raised eyebrows. It is not always that obvious. The first time I saw it was here at 0:09:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/VfSYeXPQaQI?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/VfSYeXPQaQI?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

Such a subtle move and I was hooked and became obsessed with Alizée. Amazing when you think about it.

No worries, TS. It's fans like you that keep this forum going!

I can't believe no one has posted this yet. This is definitely on top of my list. Also, En Concert JAM intro. Does anyone know what she said on the intro? I've been looking for it for a while now. Thanks.

A few of my favorite moments.

During this perfomance at about 1:35. (I've got it set to start there)

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ik5Nh94v7EQ&t=1m34s&start=94"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Ik5Nh94v7EQ?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US&amp;color1=0x5d1719& amp;color2=0xcd311b&start=94" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

<hr>

Basically this whole performance (probably my favorite performance right there with 'The Sound of Silence').

<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/WP9LYD_Am4A?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US&amp;color1=0x5d1719& amp;color2=0xcd311b"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/WP9LYD_Am4A?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US&amp;color1=0x5d1719& amp;color2=0xcd311b" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

<hr>

And when she sings 'The Sound of Silence'. Her accent is just . I love all of those performances. That, and they're live. However, I love how at the beginning of this performance she explains that she is singing the song just because it has been one of her favorite songs since she was a little girl. Her accent there is just .

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/69oU6LfyQ_4?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US&amp;color1=0x5d1719& amp;color2=0xcd311b"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/69oU6LfyQ_4?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US&amp;color1=0x5d1719& amp;color2=0xcd311b" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
