Wasabi, mine does not look anything like that. Mine is in a full size dvd case, of black, opaque plastic. You got the dvd cd combo, probably Mexican. Mine is the French from France version, and includes no cd. One disc case, for one disc.

Don't expect you to tell me anything. This is something I am discussing because sumi1 asked. You should tell him where you got yours, so he too can get a region free version. Me, I'll stick with the authentic French version. Though, I may get the region free version so I can play it on a bigscreen! Where did you find yours? Please tell me not amazon!

I guess buying ol is the only option to get the DVD in US.

Well, the one I got was off of ebay. So not exactly amazon.
With the exception of the pre-order and the signed CD, the rest of my Alizée collection comes from ebay.

If you have the pal copy and want to watch it on your big screen you can just get a HDMI cable and hook it up to a HDMI to RGB converter, then plug your video cable into the converter and it will work fine. Just don't go past 8 feet or you will need a signal booster. I have set this up for a company I was working for and we would use this to stream video from jobsites to the conference room. It was so cool. The converters are kind of expensive. I think I bought 3 of them for about 100 dollars each. I'm sure they are a lot cheaper now.

I already got the DVD and am enjoying it on my laptop. For playing it on a DVD player, I will probably rip it and burn a region free DVD.
