I agree with you, it's not Alizée - the girl in the photo has a different smile and her cheeks aren't the same - her cheeks pooch out too much around her mouth.

It's Alizée leaving Jérémy's concert with Jérémy and Jennifer (and Olivier if I don't remember totally right). Concert was hold 5th of June, 2004, in Paris. The video is shoot at the staff entrance of Nouveau Casino de Paris where the concert was held.

I went through some Olivier photos and I'm pretty sure it's him. The hair style matches other photos from the same time frame (for example Alizée's Radio Scoop interview). Both guys seems to be getting bold, both have short dark hair. The nose is somewhat similiar (from the one frame where it's actually visible well... tho, only partially showing). Both have traces of mustache under the nose. Altho, in this video it could be just shadow. They are roughly same size.

I dunno... It's really bad video...
