You can't honestly believe that. Are you saying that if Mylene had picked any run-of-the-mill, mildly-attractive girl of the streets and led her down the same path, she too would have achieved stardom? Alizée was given the opportunity and the guidance to be a star, but you cannot successfully she didn't have to do anything herself to achieve the status.

In my view Alizée is quite talented. At the moment she lacks clear direction - vocals, arrangement, dance, choreography, etc - which conflict and mask her natural abilities, rather than accentuate and bring them to the fore. What must be particularly disappointing is that each new project seems to move her in the opposite direction from where she ought to be headed. I'm not quite sure why her team cannot see what is so apparent from here. Perhaps it is a 'trees versus forest' issue.

Can it be the language barrier?
Perhaps the only fans that are actually with her heavily are the international ones.

As of now I could care less.
She's very mixed, and it's expected. I mean Pink Floyd was at first a psychedelic rock band, but they're better known for their progressive rock influence on music, and that's a huge changing style after Syd Barrett (Odin rest his soul) was kicked from the band.

I don't know what to expect from her, I don't care anymore, there's something deep in me that isn't shining as bright as it was, I don't think she can help me make it a little brighter, at least not anymore, so I will say that I am simply, just a passive fan now.

They may be pricks, but that doesn't mean they can't act like they care about their fans.

That's how most people get anywhere in the world, lying.

When it comes to my heroes, I picked good ones.
It's almost impossible NOT to meet them, i've met preferably 7 out of my 10 heroes already...

There are many stars who shun the public. Harrison Ford comes to mind. He lives on a ranch in Montana where he volunteers on rescue missions, flying his plane in and air lifts injured people to hospitals.

I would imagine you will find just as much variety in personal traits among the stars as you do among the general population. After all, that’s where they came from. That’s not to say that the stars may have a few traits in common that helped them become stars, but I wouldn’t necessarily assume these to be all negative in nature.

When I say a performer "cares about their fans" I mean it not in the sense of paying their fan's monthly rent or providing them a dry shoulder to cry on. I mean "care" in the business sense - that a performer performs to their audience, or they risk losing it to another performer. I believe Alizée 'cares' about her fans if for no other reason that she cares about her career. But just as desire does not always translate into opportunity, "care" does not always translate into success. She has made some mistakes of late including a no-show at her concert. That does not mean she does not "care." It only means something happened, the reasons for which the public is not privy. Likewise, that she has had trouble finding herself artistically does not mean she doesn't care. She is trying.

I'd bet if you asked she would tell you that she does care about her career and that she is trying her best.
