I love the most Anamorphosée and Innamoramento, the first one for that rocky climate and the second one for certain really, really awesome songs. So these are my first two, I can't decide which one is better. As you said, Mylène has so many albums and all of them are at least very good that it's hard to choose the really best ones also for me. And I love Cendres de lune, the whole album sounds like the soundtrack of Death
