I think that could be a big part of this puzzle. I think she enjoys being the center of attention and these tatoos would indeed draw a lot of attention, but, not for the same reason. Before she was the center of attention because of the beauty of her performances. Now she may be the center of attention, but it's not because of their beauty and I'm not going to say what I think it is.

I just think, her tattoos should reflect every part of her life... but she should stop, cause soon she will not have places for new tattoos
