Guys, come on, this is all quite obvious really.
The wine glasses, the room that looks like a hotel room, multiple pairs of women's shoes... It's obviously a bachelorette party that Lili was invited to. When the male stripper showed up, Lili was offended by how horrible his dancing skills were. Hence why she looked so unhappy. The male performer, embarrassed by this, called his manager to complain. Hence why the man looked upset and was on the phone. Lili seeing the horrible dancing, reminded her of how she missed going to dance school in Corsica so she could be a GOOD dancer. So she decides to go back to Corsica, and pick up dancing school again. We see her return to Corsica, followed by her laughing with her friends on the beach as she tells them the story about the horrible male dancer. And in the end, we see Lili back in her true dancing form, showing the world what dancing is supposed to look like. Boom...entire music video explained. Your welcome.
