It's snowing in Belfast at the mo. Temp is about 0 but it's not that bad.
As usual when it snows here the whole country has grinded to a halt.
Happens every time there is even the tinniest snow fall.
Hard to understand. I presume in places like Iceland and Norway it snow's for most of the year and they just get on with it?
Just hope the football is not prosponed tommorow!

Yesterday, I tried to see if I can go watch me that Avatar movie in IMAX. It was obviously sold out. I know I could have ordered a ticket online but still. This happened before with Transformers 2, only I ended up seeing T2 in a normal theatre just in time. But for Avatar, my luck wasn't good enough.

I tried to do the same thing for today and still nothing. So for rest of the day, I chilled at home. Better really than literally getting chilled outside.

I bought a new computer a week and a half ago for my studio. The old one was just too slow for the latest upgrades to my software. After spending hours upon hours of installing software and transferring files, I discovered a problem with my old audio interface. I bought a new one, sorted out the driver problems and I finally got the whole system up and running. So today is a great day for me. I'm back in business again.

Funny story from my french final:

So there is a section in which I have to write what is happening in a picture.
Example: Picture of a guy(me) doing the dishes, I am to write "Je fais la vaisselle".

The problem in question was a person(me) in the store buying groceries. So obviously, the teacher is looking for me to write "Je fais les coures". But I can't remember it at that time. BUT I did notice that "I" was holding a potato. Can you see where I'm going?



So I just wrote "J'ai un pomme de terre"

Think I'll get any points for it?

For some reason, FCPS decided to be reasonable for once, and closed down the schools for the rest of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, the snow will stay over break as well, and I hear there's gonna be another snowfall just in time for Christmas too!! I'm excited, excellent way to end the year! There's a lot of snow out right now, for VA anyway, a foot and a half or more! I don't remember the last time it snowed that much.
