This has been discussed elsewhere. It's a portmanteau of two French words, "psychédélique" and "délices," meaning "psychedelic" and "pleasures" respectively. So basically, the album name means either psychedelic pleasures, or pleasures of the mind.

The background info there is officially old now. We have an album title, new distribution company (or whatever you want to call RCA/SONY/BMG) and official mention of the general time when stuff will be released.

Stupid question and probably not appropriate but, sweets to drugs? Is it saying she does drugs or just maturity kicking in?
