I'm just starting on my cardio, I'm pretty built in the arms and my back and all that. It's just that I have a belly and thats what I'm trying to get rid of. I'm doing cardio because my cardio sucks ass jaja.

I'm just saying. I love dark chocolate. ANd today I had some that was 88% cocao. Yeah, it was so dark, all the lights near me were sucked away, so I had like this dark aura everywhere I went eating it. Like, nighttime no sun no stars no street lights seep space BLACK. SO GOOD!!! It was like PURE CHOCOLATE. Not for the typical chocolate enthusiast though. What does this have to do with nutriion? It's basically the most healthy candy EVER. It's packed with like ten times the daily amount of antioxidants. So if you're low on those, and don't mind the taste of REAL PURE CHOCOLATE, go get some. Also, the brand I bought donates 10% to wildlife funds. So help the environment AND your health!

So, now that I'm back at school, that means PT 3 times a weeks, my own workouts 4 times a week, running 6 times a week, and taekwondo training 2 times a week.
MMMMMYEAAHHH!! Let's get back in shape!!!

Ugh. So I finally had time to get in a legit workout at the gym today.
And now, due to me not working out as intensely for the past 3 months.. it hurt. But in a good way. It was pleasant pain, because it made me realize how out of shape I was, and that just motivates me to workout and kill my body some more!

I'm actually at war with my body. I need to beat it into submission before I can regularly work out again. IT'S PISSING ME OFF!!! I've been either sick or some random part of my body has been too sore to work out. God damn you body!
