You know you're an Alizée fan upon closer inspection, you get mad because Corsica isn't in the picture.

Too right Wasabi, everyone knows Corsica is the centre of the universe. And Paris too, of course!!

The first sense I had of Dragon was paleness, an impression of both fire and snow. He was tall, as I said, and lanky and muscular, with curly hair so fair it was more silver than gold. He had eyes so blue looking into them was like looking at the sky, and a very fair, Nordic complexion. He fixed me with those incredible blue eyes. At first he didn't smile, just looked into me, and I could tell I was in the presence of a very powerful mage. Then he did smile, a beautiful smile, but one that hid secrets. “Welcome,” he said in English with a midwest American accent, “to the center of the world.”

You know you're an Alizée fan when...
Today I actually said out loud " *gasp in suprise* Tinkerbell! " lol. I explain: In art class we are making collages and a friend at my table had some of his cut outs from magazines for his collage on the table. I seen the Tinkerbell cut out and took it for my project lol. He didn't really mind because he was just cutting out random things for his collage. He did look at me weird when I gave such a reaction to finding it though lol . I plan on making an Alizée collage with lots and lots of Alizée pictures along with the tinkerbell cut out too ofcourse.

I'm sorry, deep, usually I understand your posts and quite enjoy reading them. But that seemed like it was a passage from a book I have never read, so it kinda went over my head. Oh well. Thought of one after looking throug some older posts on this thread: YKYAFW you're kinda glad you WEREN'T born in France, because then Alizée would have been pretty common, and you probably wouldn't have been able to like her as much. And I know I would have completely disregarded her when I was eight and nine.

As should have been clear from the context, that passage occurs in Ajaccio. (Statue of Napoleon? Hero in the town where he was born? Got it? Remember where Napoleon was born? Hint: same town as Alizée.) Hope that explains well enough.

I knew everything except that you had written a book. And that that passage came from it. Thanks for clearing it up!

You know you're an Alizée when you get mad at the directors of L'Alize for making Alizée pop a giant bubble with her nose.. what if it got into those adorable eyes?!

You know you're a fan when you wish the soap would get on her eyelids and wash away that eyeshadow!

You know you're an Alizée fan when you'd give your left nut to have been this person with the towel for that day
