Hehe, while I haven't tried it, I think "Toc de Mac" comes out as "Imatation of Pimp." Surprisingly, that's not actually too far from an American expression that means the same thing... some folks simply use the word "pimp" to mean "cool." Calling a person "pimp" is saying that they're doing something like a pimp would, ie, they're doing it really cool. I've never been a fan of that usage, but it is undeniably a major usage in the USA.
