Advice : Look at it without glasses, then put the glasses. Move back a little to increase the effect.

And if anyone wants to look at it, I looked it up and the simplest ways are

1) Get a CD Jewel Case and scribble Blue and Red Permanent marker on it like so for cheap 3D glasses:


2)Print out Red and Blue onto a transparency with any color printer. Sorry you'll have to look for a model picture on Google Images to do one....

If you can use the information in a non-stereo image to build a 3D MODEL, you have what is required to create a stereo image. Should this source image not provide ALL you need, you can add FACTS ABOUT THE WORLD to improve the model.

Once you have a 3D model, you can "texture map" the photograph to the model. From that, you can COMPUTE the image one would see from ANY location, except for omissions due to surfaces hidden in the original photograph.

A closely related project is one in which a few photographs are used to build the 3D model AUTOMATICALLY by computer program. A famous example of this is work about a dozen years ago by Paul Debevec, whose contemporary research you can discover I cite in another post at AAm. A quarter-century ago there was an American "supermodel" named Cheryl Tiegs who touched the boundaries of mainstream US news-magazine standards of that era by posing in a loosely-knit bathing suit. At that time, I told my research manager, who sadly was stereo-blind, that I could create a stereoscopic image from the original, whose quality he would require a colleague to subjectively assess. Lacking time I had to devote to more pressing work, I could not do a perfect job, but it impressively demonstrated the principle all the same, and used a hand-crafted model of the type I describe above. Note that a model parameter one can numerically adjust by slider control adds to the fun!

If you ever have to escort an incontinent person in public who cannot, or will not, wear suitable garments, you would be wise to observe that the human body does not have an infinite supply of fluids within it, and an empty container cannot be spilled! Perhaps show attendees afraid of embarrassing themselves might be presented with the opportunity to "make a contribution" in advance of the show - perhaps several times! I apologize about my previous comment. I understand completely what you guys mean, and it won't happen again. I'm not sure what I was thinking, it was a bit of an experiment in a way, either way, I'm truly sorry about that. I don't normally say stuff like that, as I like to imagine myself as an intelligent person, saying that crude language in a forum where we talk about certain people, in certain fashions, which luckily are loving rather then sexist or anything like that. Won't happen again.

And i must admit that refrain some urges about Alizée is a really hard job...
