War with Russia likely?

How likely is it now, did we just enter the 2nd cold war? 3 weeks ago I would've said not likely but now there's a chance. US secretary of defense Robert Gates said he doesn't need US military force in Georgia, but thats if Russia follows the UN's request to pull out.
Bush was very direct in his speech and im hoping Russia follows, Russia would be hard a country to take down and many people would die!
