Well as far as the original video, without the live vocal mix, it's been around for quite some time. I used a portion of it my Alizee history video which I posted over 7 years ago. As far as the live vocal mix, It does look to be new being posted yesterday.

I don't think so. If you look at her nose from the side such as at the :60 mark, it looks natural. She does appear to be thinner and though weight loss doesn't usually affect the nose because it's mostly bone and cartilage, I think that and the design of the dress may affect her "appearance". That's a very sharp looking outfit, imho.
