It's hard to tell with all the reflections you can see in the window, but it almost looks like there is another tatoo on her upper right arm of a woman wearing a mask. To tough to tell about the other arm.

I just zoomed the sh#t out of the picture and i think it not a tattoo cuz some of that thing ( flower maybe ?) is on lili's top

It's a reflection so it would be her upper left arm, which had nothing on it before. Definitely looks like something new there. Even kind of looks like she has writing all over her right forearm. Lots of things behind the glass that could be creating some optical illusions, though. Check out the tats on that, uh, person to the right!
