I think you missed her first post in facebook, it's clear to me that posting the link of TETU poll means that she was really asking fans to vote and that this poll is kind of special for her... well, it´s my thinking

I wonder why that's so, if it's the case. Of all the other polls we've voted the heck out of, why does she seem to personally care for this one?

mmm, well I don´t know why she´s interested in this poll, but I do not believe that the other votings are less importants than this one for her, is really strange to me ´cause I had never seen her posting links to any voting in her facebook, like I said before, the only reasson could be the appreciation she has for the gay community, maybe

Maybe it's as simple as she hasn't gotten a lot of positive press on this album and would like to see it do well somewhere.

Exactly. I think this just happened to be a poll she became aware of, and posted it up. She has given an interview to this magazine before, so she knows it's legit. I think she is just acknowledging her online & gay fanbase at the same time, as she has many times before.

That said, I'll vote for Alizee even if it meant serious effort... and this didn't.

I'm very glad to see she is in first place... and by a wide margin!!!! KEEP VOTING!!

That does bring up a good point. I mean, this is the first legit thing we're voting on. The others, such as the tweeter wall and the Atlantis ones aren't exactly legitimate votes. I'm not saying that they're worthless! Just that they are more for the fans, than the artists.

Legit was when we won Alizée the chance to perform in Switzerland, which she did. Still, I get what you mean. This is your thing and Alizée (et al) did actually post it.
