Kevin is right, he could absolutely take severe action over this. There are many types of ownership rights and many ways to violate them. You guys might think it's a joke, but the photography market isn't that much different from others.

If it was some picture of a bird in a tree then Kevin might not push the issue as hard even though he could if he wanted. But stealing a picture of the Freedom Tower is just asking for it, especially since it's in the NY skyline. I can't think of many more iconic objects/scenes than that.

and as I'm looking through your collection of snapshots, I notice a few things.

You seem to have a tough time achieving a proper exposure. I'm looking through and just picture after picture... underexposed, overexposed, background blown-out, I mean have you ever even considered using fill flash? And also you seem to use vignetting... a lot. Do you think it makes your snapshots look more professional or even (chuckle) dramatic?

You do have some good pictures in there, I won't deny that

In fact, I quite like the photo you took of the birds with some bridge in the background.
I like it so much I've even made it my desktop.


Bottom line is someone found something you did worthwhile to acknowledge and share with others so that they can experience the same joy. You should be ecstatic about it. What kind of artist threatens their viewers for viewing their art? (by no means am I calling you an artist, you're not good enough, plus I wouldn't want you to cause an expensive endeavor for me.
