Two seconds can't be right, that's barely time to show her running into frame. Just find the point in the video where you want it to stop.

I can only remember seeing it from 2:14 to like the first half of 2:17.

I'd up the fps but other than that...

It seems fine to me. And the program automatically detected the framerate so it should be correct.

That's normal. Gifs are a type of image file. If you can't view animated gifs on your desktop for some reason, try IrfanView.
