The french Interior Minister recently went to Ajaccio to raise awareness about the increasing number of unsolved cases on the Island of Beauty . Only 2% of crime cases have been solved in Corsica last year, which is ridiculously low compared to the excellent rates of the judicial system in mainland France, mainly due to the people of corsica following their tradition of keeping their mouths shut.


But things are moving fast, a new plan is being set up to get rid of the criminals infiltrated in the police once and for all despite the criticizing of former Budget Minister, François Baroine (right) seeing it as a waste of time and money in a time of economical crisis .

The french airforce base 126 , located in Solenzara (Southern Corsica), known for being the keystone of french surveillance over the mediterranean sea and the main training center for the airforce pilots preparing to go on major interventions (Lybia, Mali , Afghanistan, Lebanon..) is hosting the second edition of its military drills with the Royal Saudi Army

The exercise was conducted bilaterally by a Franco-Saudi command in charge of coordinating land, sea and air units. Units of the French Commandement des Opérations Spéciales (COS) were deployed on the ground and implemented their specific procedures.
