Matrix,
Thanks. Excalibur for the stay and the wedding, how convenient. It may not seem like a big deal to anyone, but whatever info we get puts the pieces of the puzzle together.

C-4,
The American Idol show reminds me of the american industrial assembly line. Just crank out a new product and market it. The good thing is that everyone on this website discovered Alizee's purity that I think this country needs to go back to. Not saying there isn't talent to be found on American Idol, it's a chance for someone to be discovered.

Trofast,
What was the nearest concert from the past that Alizee performed at? Are you close enough for train, plane or car?

Note to Billionaires: Bill Gates has kids. Anyone know how to contact him?

Plus, I don't think she has much desire to come to the USA. In one interview she was asked about this, and her response was .. 'America is just too big' .. or something like that.
i always imagined it was because most americans are unilinguist (is that a word?) and have a low tolerance for subtitles. and her english translations for her songs leave something to be desired. although, she was wonderful singing la isla bonita.

not to mention that people tend to do what they think is cool and a lot of people make fun of popstars(I am just talking about her first two albums since we don't know what kind of music her third will be like).

See a picture of the band Pantera in this forum:
http://www.presence-pc.com/forum/ppc...jet-6855-1.htm

It's from a concert in Moscow in 1992.

Until Alizee can pull that kind of crowd in the US, I do not think any company would invest in her touring the US at all. The US market is too fickle.

Just my personal opinion,

she has to start off slow at first here in the usa. she has to do just one show to show just a few americans whats shes all about, then the word would rapidly spread about her. then she does another show and another show and then she gets to the point where shes so fantastically popular here in the usa that theyd want to do a concert. u dont start off with a concert with someone whos unknown here in the usa. u gotta start slow. im sure thats how it started for her in europe.

Talking Alizee Zombie Army

Cybersoil,

I like that image: we few, we happy few - the undead, Alizee Zombies!
I have been forwarned - and thanks for the initiation.

By the way, I happen to know a man of my stature would be very much in play should I desire une belle jeune femme française. But everyone has different urges when overwhelmed by a desire to be an integral part of someone's life, I happen to have this massive urge to fund Anilee's college education
