Amelie, what is vasara about?
Also, Amelie, if you make it big you will have to give us your real name so we can recognize you and buy your cd's. |

I think Vasara means summer in Lithuanian. Must be a song about summer then

I remember when Amelie first put up Vasara for us to hear and we all really loved it. I still listen to the song on my itunes. I have been eagerly waiting to hear a new song by Amelie to see how much her voice has improved. I think her voice in Vasara is great but I noticed that singers and people who play instruments always notice little things they think sound bad while it still sounds great to me. Whenever your ready to let us hear a little more of your singing Amelie I will be sure to check it out.

i adore French, my teachers say that i sing in French exactly without any lithuanian accent, like a real French, i feel really good about that
Amelie is my third name (actually, Amelie is in French, Amelija is in lithuanian) so i think it would be a perfect pseudo for me. because it is still my name. |

Wow rien à voir avec Alizée et en plus la seule chose valable dans cette chanson c'est la musique parce que niveau paroles ça vole pas haut...
Bref pas de soucis à se faire pour Alizée Wow completely different with Alizée...And the only interest we all can have with the song is mainly the music cos the lyrics suck and it's only for kids... Alizée no worries to have

My French ear still isn't good enough to pick up more than a few words of the lyrics, but taking your word for this, would you agree this means the song probably wasn't written by Mylène Farmer? Does it sound like something she would write?
If not, that probably puts paid to the idea that this girl is her protegée and the intended next Alizée. Although it would be funny -- as Mylène gets older she relives younger and younger parts of her life vicariously. First it was a teenager, now a pre-teen. Quote:
