It's nice to know that most of us were correct in surmising that the scandal sheet interview with a supposed family friend in the know lambasting Mylene and Alizee's relationship was finally put to bed.
And that person on this board that thinks Jeremy is going to be history sooner then later you have your answer out of Alizee's mouth.

DJ1: Mylène Farmer, to whom you owe your career, how did you see her?

A: ...

DJ2: Honestly?

A: Like a big sister.

DJ1: Ok. And today, at 23?

A: As the one who brought me everything

And about Jeremy?
A: He's my guy

DJ1: It's going well?

A: Very well

Weeeeeell....that really long awkward pause was a bit disconcerting. You'd think that if she were serious about dispelling those rumors, she'd have rehearsed her deflections a little more carefully.

BTW: is there an official podcast of the interview from NRJ?

I've heard that too, from Julien @ AFC, who ran into Lili and those camers on their way into and out of the station. Not confirmed yet though. Hope they do a multi-part special like in 2003!

Last night was the first time i heard the OFFICIAL version of MJ...not the leaked versions. Sounded fantastic!....the audio was more cleaned up in the current version and vocals came out more clear. The leaked version had a mosh-pit of voices at the end....Nothing like that for the New version!

As for A&M, we still really know nothing. There could have been many reasons for that pause. Remember, this was the first interview she's given in years and we should expect some awkwardness and not jump to conclusions. Maybe she was at a loss for words because she really is mad at Mylène but knows better than to say so in public; maybe it was because she's just dumbfounded at this whole scandal, though. If there's hostility between them, it's not active or top-burner at the moment and it really doesn't matter a damn. There won't be an anti-Mylène song on the album, and that's all that would have counted.

As for A&J, as I recall the only prediction made was Leo Sonidus' "within the next 3 years," not "sooner rather than later." Have there been rumors running around of friction in their marriage? I haven't heard any. They're surely going to be tested as she returns to performing and her whole life changes, but already? Not to be expected IMO, and if it were happening it would have produced emotional upheavals in her that I would have felt.

Sometimes people get a ghoulish desire for something bad to be happening, a desire to tarnish an image and tear down an idol. This is the flip side of the desire to put someone on a pedestal, and it's equally unrealistic. And the tabloids feed off that kind of crap. I never thought there was anything substantial to the Alizée-Mylène witch war hype. It was just a way to sell papers and airtime.

This is going to sound really cheesy, but I want to thank you guys. If, it wasn't for you, I wouldn't know so much about her, I wouldn't have heard about her new album, I wouldn't have heard about her radio appearance. I would have missed it all, but for all of you. So thanks to you all, and a big pat on the back.
