That was a pretty amazing production. Really, really different from the other one she did with the couch.

Musical quality could have been better, yeah. I think she was pretty nervous.

But more seriously, it's a little bit strange ,if you think it's her first big appearence in prime time in France, thats she sing Lolita again and show herself in such ( a delicious) but short skirt...

She doesn't deny the lolita image, but the change in direction was mostly musical to do what she wanted not what someone else thinks she should be doing. (Just my opinion.)

I agree with you Deepwaters, she did sound really nervous. (though it didn't bother me, I like any performance where she's actually singing :P) Hopefully she will be able to lighten up and deliver some stunning live performances again -.-

I don't really know, I'm sure she doesn't mind being sexy and flirtatious. Maybe she wore the short skirt to sing ML and didn't change because it was the same live TV program? I don't know, I didn't see the ML performance.

Anyway, what a hurricane, eh? We're getting Alizée overload, if that's possible. It's been almost non-stop, performance after interview after album release after performance after interview.

I think perhaps the prediction I put in a poem months ago has come true with a vengeance:
