This has been discussed elsewhere. It's a portmanteau of two French words, "psychédélique" and "délices," meaning "psychedelic" and "pleasures" respectively. So basically, the album name means either psychedelic pleasures, or pleasures of the mind.

Doesn't have to mean drugs. Psychédélique has exactly the same two meanings as the English psychedelic, i.e. it can be a noun meaning an LSD-like drug, or it can be an adjective meaning mind-expanding. Also, psychédélices could be a compound of psyché and délices, and not include psychédélique at all! (Although the suggestion of it is there even so.)

So we have a whole complex of associations:

Mind-expansion
Mystical enlightenment
Mental pleasure
Spiritual pleasure
Psychedelic drugs

I'll take that album as real or fake. Excitement is reaching an all time high for me. Never got so impatient for any other artist before Alizee.
