- When you wake up in the middle of the night because you're sick, starts the computer and makes a visit to AAm, then try to fall asleep again.

What is it like. It's like other Alizée related forums. Crazy Alizée fans spread all around (). For me similarities are more profound than the differences. I would say that you should be a part of the community, experience and judge it yourself before reaching any conclusions. That's always the best thing to do. AF is an old forum with many good members. Quote:
Though this is not uncommon. Don't you find some posts here which you don't like? Nothing is all good. That's the part of the forum. You find people with all kind of thinking. Quote:

lol, Well I don't think any of you face problems there because the way it is. Indeed the forum is well-organized. What you want is to post and if you have all kind of threads for each type of post then what's the problem? So, Wasabi, feel free to join AF and use the off-topic/spam thread as much as you want. It's good to have the forum organized. Don't we try to do the same here also. Quote:

When Brad started the AAm, his main policy was to have less moderation here. That is understandable. The site is mostly for American fans who discover her through the internet, unlike most of the European fans. Givent that there is not a huge fanbase in US and most of the fans were young, it was important to give them freedom to learn on their own. That's what happens here. Discover things, discuss them and realize the importance. This is the reason why no one really minds too many threads and posts. On AF, most of the members are those who have been fan for the some time now. That's why the policy of the forum doesn't pose a big problem to them. It can be difficult for a new fan to maintain all these, but I don't see how someone with over 4000 posts on AAm can find it difficult. You can imagine AAm as school for young kids as well as for the older people while AF as a school for mostly older people. That doesn't make any one of two as bad. Quote:

I'm not favoring one site. No place is perfect. In fact that's what makes them enjoyable. I'm just saying that we should not forget the importance of mutual co-existence. We should co-operate with each other to make places better for fans. |

Yeah I guess it was unfair of me to judge AF for other people. So yah Wasabi, go try it out and see if you like it! I like it there because of the news and super-experienced fans...
