Downright, plain and simple, good customer service.
I ordered some stuff from pipesandcigars.com about two weeks ago, including a 50g tin of Frog Morton. Unfortunately, I actually received Frog Morton On The Town. I wasn't upset in the slightest, but did take the time to email them saying that there had in fact been a mixup, but that I only asked they took a closer look next time around in case the same issue happens to me or another customer and possibly cause a situation that can't be fixed with "I ain't even mad." Guy calls me up and says he wants to send the right tin to me with a return label so an exchange would cost me nothing, but I said the reason I wasn't interested in an exchange was that I already opened it. No matter, he sent me a 100g tin of the right stuff anyway, "just to make things right." Not much in my life right now is very reassuring or simple, but this, goddamnit I wish more companies were like this.

vindication. downright perfect i-told-you-so moments. i am comepletely right 90% of the time. i do my research. i make sure i know wht the crap i am saying before i say it. and i would feel bad saying i am right all the time. except that i am, and people doubt me 90% of the time, then they find out i am right and act like i did something wrong. like, i just found out, i NEVER cheated on my girlfriend. EVER. but i'm not even going to show her the proof that i wasnt. im'll leave it alone. i'm like look. i'm telling you, it's like this. they're all like nuh-uh! then i prove i am right and they get all butthurt. i hate people sometimes.
