Ahh yes, I had known at one point that Jeremy had the same birthday as me but had forgot it.

And, I do indeed live in the USA so alcohol is legal and in 4 more years I can rent a car. Gives me something to look forward too, huh. October 19 2010 I am so gonna head out somewhere and rent a ferrari, assuming I don't already own one.

And to RMJ: you can't legally purchase alcohol in the USA until you are 21. It hasn't been illegal for about 80+ years now (and it was only illegal for ~2 years or so then).

Heh...you missed his joke. Technically, Nanaki said alcohol isn't legal...instead of it being illegal to buy it before age 21.

Prohibition never happened in Canada so there were lots of Rum running and bootlegging operations based in the Maritimes during the US prohibition. And because there were lots of thirsty Americans in need of a good drink bootlegging booze paid a lot better than fishing. Now though its just a footnote in the history books, and something mentioned to American tourists when they visit some of the areas where it took place.
