The first time I saw Alizee was in November 2011. I was playing music (miley cyrus) in a yahoo chatroom and came across a guy who said my taste in music garbage, lol. He gave a link to the song Moi Loilta (official music video) and loved what I saw. And to this day, I have not listened to any old favorites since. I cant go one day, much less one hour without Lilly's voice and have bought all her albums. Alizee has that uniqueness about her. That sound, voice, beauty, accent that stands out above all. When I listen to her phblic, people are who is that girl. And tel them. I love being a fan of hers, and of such a small fanbase. That is what makes her so special.

A doctor at the VA suggested I try listening to some music from other countries to help me relax. I had depression and she said I might find it calms me down. I was looking for French music because I love the sound of the language. I saw that first Moi Lolita clip and I really liked the music. I didn't pay too much attention to the girl in it until the part where she was dancing and it cut to her singing. I remember thinking, this can't be that little girl singing this because the voice sounded so low. Then I realized it was her. I started checking out other songs she had sung and I was hooked!

..and it turns out depression was the greatest thing that ever happened to you! Well, aside from Alizée of course.

You could have picked a good Indian name like DanceswithAlizee ala Kevin Costner.

Well I reverted back to "texasguy" (it was a name I used on some sports forums years ago) after being "ACC" for a few weeks. I didn't think about there already being a "Finnishguy" on here. Wish I would have thought of DanceswithAlizee.

This'll probably sound odd but... years ago when the PC game "World of Warcraft" came out, I was hooked. So, looking up something-or-other related to WoW I came across a Wiki article talking about how they based the "Night Elf dance" on Alizee's dance. I looked up Alizee, watched a video of her performing "J'en Ai Marre" live in the black one-piece and thigh-high boots. I was hooked!

You know I have to edit my post to make it seem like you're saying something else right?
