Someone else earlier said they thought it was wrong for a celebrity to drag their sibling up on stage with them (I'm not saying that's what you're saying by the way.), but I'm sure what happened in this case, Annily probably heard Alizee was going to be doing a song with a bunch of kids in it, so she wanted in on it. Nothing weird or wrong about it. In fact I think it's awesome that Annily apparently takes an interest in the business. Can you imagine what it would be like if Annily was always saying to her "Please stop working on that new album mommy and take me to the park.".

As far as your second sentence, it seems like it should have preceeded the first. It's a fact that was revealed much earlier in this thread though.

My guess is that any album spoken of around this time is just this one confirmed that Alain Chamfort is working on.

Think about how many times we have seen her posing with him and such in the last year or two. I thought they already did a duo and then never saw anything from that. It could be that they already recorded her part several months ago, but putting together the whole thing will take his team until 2012. Look at how long it has taken Alizée to get projects done in the past, how long it takes most people. Stuff happens and then gets promoted and show on tv or whatever months later. And this is France we're talking about, during a great depression (or sure feels that way sometimes). I'm just saying, even if Alizée said "I'm coming out with a new album in 2012." If there's any way what she said could be construed as being what it is, the collab with Chamfort, that is what it is. Someone said end of 2012 at one point. How's an Alizée album going to go from hopefully something will happen by the end of 2012 to spring 2012? This is why I don't generally bother. It's all so obvious, but still... I know. Big Dan said she said bla bla. Sorry but yeah, I happened to catch an article talking about Chamfort's album and they actually mentioned that it was going to take him a long time to finish it. Ok, maybe it's not so obvious. That article might have been in French. I don't even remember. I guess it had to be.

This is part of why I don't come here much. I end up annoyed and then realize that I'm going to annoy others. Well, I'm not RMJ and so usually I just can't bring myself to do it. Sorry Ronny, but come on guy. You know what kind of stuff you post. Maybe a semi-rant will at least almost-entertain someone. And now you can dream of proving me wrong too and how wonderful a day it will be when Alizée shocked the world by ALSO coming out with a new album 'of her own'.
