What's with the Administrator only page

when I click on certain new members names. Habit when I see a name that isn't familiar at the bottom of the forum page that sets off my future spammer spidey senses.

ALS, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

All I usually get, is forwarded to the members information page. Lately there have been a few that I get the above notice. What's up?

I think that's because the account hasn't been activated yet.
