I got tickets to Yankee Stadium home opener!!! This will be the first "official" game ever to be played at new Yankee Stadium. My dad said he can get a $1000 bucks easy for these tickets. I cant wait to go, its Thursday April 16th at 1pm. Im soo happy!!!!!!!!!

thanks bro im so excited, my dads paying an addition 45$ each way for me to come home from school just to be with him for the game. I live in NYC but I dorm and go to college in Buffalo so I am pretty far from home.

Awesome Frah! I've been a yankee fan for a very long time, most of my dad's family loves baesball and they are really fans of the Yankees. 2 years ago I was planning to go to the "old" stadium, I've never been there before. Bring some pics!

Im going to watch them, too. But later in the season. My game is in August vs. the Chicago White Sox! I wanted to watch Ny vs Boston in early august, but of course that game is sold out...

Nonetheless...I'm stoked about going to New York! Cant wait!

yea those games are always sold out, but going to a Yankees game is always fun, hope you enjoy.
As to selling the tickets, HELL NO. I was just saying as to how much they are worth, ide never think to sell them. This is history, im never going to sell them; Im going to save this ticket for the rest of my life and pass down to my kids. Im also going to buy a program and a year book to go with it. This is something that might only happen once in a life time, twice if your lucky and the Yankees build a new stadium like in 2080 or something !

As for you steve lol, the only historic event to ever happen at Shea stadium was im not going to lie *A freakin amazing Beatles concert* (honestly NOT being sarcastic here) that's it. Thats nothing compared to all the historic events that happened and will happen at Yankee Stadium.
