Help with the 'é'!

I am sure tons of people ask this all the time, but is there a way to get the 'é' without using copy-paste? I have microsft word so that it auto corrects Alizee to Alizée, and L'Alize to L'Alizé, but it is a pain to have to do this each time I want to spell her name correctly. I have youtube videos and such that I would like to correct, but is there a keyboard shortcut for this? Like, some combination of keys plus 'e' that wil make it appear?

Hold down ALT, then press 0233 on the number pad. Or what I do is set my keyboard language to US-International, then it's just ' followed by e.

well you should have seen the other thread for the help with the French language.
Open Control Panel
Go to Regional and Languages Option
Then go to "Keyboard and Languages Option" and choose "Change Keyboards"
Then Click Add in General tab
Then choose English-> United States International
Make it as default
After that whenever you have to type é type ' first followed by e. It will automatically typed as é. If you have to type 'e then type ' first followed by space and then e.
Similarly for other characters too.

And I do have the default set to us-international.

I followed Merci Alizée's directions and it didn't work for me right away. I had to restart my browser before it took effect. It works like a charm now though

I use ALT 130 --> é for Alizée
ALT 162 --> ó which I use for my last name Ramón

setting keyboard to us-international is how ive had mine set up for the last 6years
