The Alizee remix and compilation videos keep coming in 2018 at a pretty fast clip. Many have millions of views. Her popularity might be waning in Mexico, but Russia has more than picked up the slack. I can't even read most of the comments on her videos anymore.

At the very least, I hope Alizee gets something out of the album financially, even if it does not lead to anything else. I hope it sells a million copies worldwide and sends a message though. I keep thinking and hoping Mylene will help jump start Alizee's comeback.

Alizée went to Kiev, Ukraine. I noticed this story on her instagram yesterday:

I was a bit confused about what it's going to be, as there were no news about any concerts, TV appearances, etc. Maybe a photo-shooting, as she already did for her Psychodélices album?

So, Alizée is giving a private show in Kiev, Ukraine, most likely for some oligarch.

Here is Ukraine for you, guys. A country with a war going on, martial law and a medium salary of $100 a month, where super rich can easily order Alizée performing on their private shows over the week-end.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy she is getting back to performing and giving concerts, this is absolutely great news. Based on her social media, I'm noticing she finally stops being shy about her own style and is getting into it. It's just Ukraine that never ceases to amaze me.
