RMJ has some on his webpage, click. I am sure there are others around, I can't think of any directly but googling "ALizée at Les Enfoirés should get you some results..

Googling “Alizée Enfoirés 2009” did turn out a few, but I was wondering if there was a place where I could find more. Thanks for the RMJ link... But I can’t say I am very happy to have seen the Alizée as Hannibal Lecter pictures...

That's the best we have. Only difference is that someone cropped the original 406 x 600 resolution to remove the tag of the Corsalizée website.
