I'm new here though I've been lurking for a while. I'd like to say its not the type of music I usually listen to but still I liked it. Sounded very professional to me and a cool video to go with it.

Thanks, Lappy ! I have a modest studio in my house. I do mostly solo work, like this song, where I record all the parts myself. I also produce a few other artists that are friends of mine. And I occasionally do instrumental work for outdoor videos.
And yes, you are welcome to use the song as long as it's for promoting Alizée. I don't know if the fans at ali-france will like it, but I'd be happy to have you share it with them if you think they would enjoy it. They have a wonderful site over there.
