Dave, please don't deprive yourself of expressing yourself and don't think that you shouldn't share something just because someone might get offended... What you did/are going to do was/is beautiful and respectable and no person should be offended by that.
And yes, things work out strange sometimes... the way the Alizée changed your life for the better, the way you got the chance to donate, ... even better, what is yet to come! EDIT: I saw some months ago that you I can "adopt" (form of charity) a child from a poor family - that is, support him financially so that he can go to the school and enjoy life at least a little... even though I cannot afford to "adopt" someone since I am not employed and have no regular income, I was thinking about making a one time donation - about 100 euro - to one such child in our country... even though 100 euro doesn't mean much in these times and even if I myself have no large amounts of money either...

I really don't want people to get the impression that I'm a real good person, because I'm not and you don't have to go any further than this forum to find that out, but when I have a good moment, I like to share it.

Have you noticed that she is wearing a cross these days (I'm sure you have).
Interesting change.  Perhaps you are correct. Perhaps she is trying to say that they are done.

 But that's not a big problem since we weren't even sure of getting those cds signed a few days ago!anyway, good job Scruffy, we're all very grateful !
