LOVED GranTorino, the ending was perfect, very beautiful message as well.

Try watching Gutterballs and taking a shot of whiskey each time an F-Bomb is uttered. It contains a mighty 516 uses of said word in 90 minutes.

LOL, I didn't realize that was a real film outside the "dream" sequence in The Big Lebowski.

Orphan. I suggest if you want a decent horror/thriller/suspense film, ya watch it.

lets just say.. for me, it sorta redefined "lolita"

I finally got around to seeing "Bruno" the other day. Let it suffice to say that the movie made me very, very uncomfortable as a heterosexual male (everyone knows no SBC movie is complete without extended shots of male genitalia ). That being said, this man is a complete genius.

my favorite part in that movie was actually part of the intro credits.

it was when that one hippie slowly walks up to a solider holding an M1. she then puts a flower in its barrel hoping for peace or something.. then BAM! .30 caliber to the FACE!!

(im not blood thirsty. i just hate hippies of the 70s and such!)

I thought that was intolerably cruel.
I almost wanted to leave the movie after I saw that, of course when you protest you'd expect to get backlash, hippies just promote peace too much to do anything about it. I would've done something worse to the soldiers than a flower if I was protesting.
